He has built finance and accounting systems from zero and managed cap tables through Seed, Series A, and Series B raises. He has been deployed by a VC partner as an emergency interim COO to stabilize a distressed portfolio company — operations stabilized within six weeks. He has led zero-to-one CRM deployments at a Fortune 100 insurer, run M&A due diligence with 100% key talent retention over two years, and been selected by a panel of investors to lead crisis recovery operations during the 2008 financial crisis.
